Classification Title Search

Enter a classification title in the input box below or select other criteria for searching. If you do not want to specify a certain criteria, use the "All" selection or leave the fields blank.

Specifications are available for Classified Civil Service (CCS) titles by clicking on the title. The specification includes a list of general functions of the job, as well as the minimum degree of education and work-related experience required to be hired into the job. Specifications are written to include multiple positions; therefore, it is important to note that these functions are typical, but are not meant to serve as a specific position description. Specific job/position descriptions list detailed duties and responsibilities for a particular, individual and are maintained in the immediate work area for use during training, performance management, planning, and in advertising, interviewing, and hiring, should the position become vacant.
