LOGIN: Request for Off-Cycle CheckOff-cycle payments should be limited to those situations that cause undue financial hardship on our employees. Unless a large portion of an employee’s pay is missing, the payment should be added to a regular payroll run rather than requesting an off-cycle check. In most cases, Additional Pay entries, Vacation Payouts and Overtime hours are to be processed with the next regular paycheck and should not be requested as off-cycle checks. Off-cycle checks will not be processed for amounts less than $50.00. Only designated human resources professionals are allowed to submit off-cycle
