Employee and Labor Relations

Employee and Labor Relations consultants assist with individual questions, conflicts, and issues that arise in the workplace. We work closely with administrators, managers, and human resource professionals to understand the unique needs and objectives of the colleges and units they serve. Consultants advise and interpret policies, procedures, labor contracts, and key federal and state regulations.

Leadership and Learning

As we transform into a high performance culture of well-being and optimal performance, we will all be called on to be leaders at the university. On the university's Excellence to Eminence web site you will find a multitude of resources that can be helpful in supporting individual growth in leadership.

Organization and Leadership Effectiveness

Organizational and Leadership Effectiveness focuses on the success of key leaders at the university. Through regular one-on-one interactions, the consultants maintain an ongoing working relationship with these leaders.

Talent Strategy

Talent Strategy provides support for the overarching talent strategies that support the vision and goals of the university while maintaining a best-in-class and efficient approach in hiring faculty and staff.

Culture Consultation

Culture Consultation provides coaching and consulting on shaping and shifting cultures at Ohio State. We work in concert and collaboration with many other functions in the Office of Human Resources.
